If you are super serious about increasing your flexibility, then this is the workout for you. Don’t let the title of “stretches” in the workout fool you — this workout is intense on the upper body as well! We’ll take you through a short but effective warm up and then proceed to the wall stretches, tackling hamstrings (all three of them), hip flexors and adductors. Then, we’ll get to the floor to finish off with glutes, piriformis and ABductors. This workout is especially effective if you are trying to do a split or increase your extensions either to the front, side or back! We hope you enjoy it! 26 minutes
