The road to flat abs is easier than you think! The muscles that create a flat tummy are muscles of endurance as opposed to strength, so training them daily is key! You’ll be amazed at what a little attention every day will do. The calendar alternates total body workouts with tummy-tightening workouts, so while you are sculpting those flat abs, you can tone up some other spots too. To get the most out of this plan, we highly recommend the long stretch band, small ball, stability ball, and foam roller! But, if you don’t have the extra props, no worries! Just swap out another workout instead!
