This workout calendar is designed for fit person who wants to be well, FITTER!!! We break from traditional Pilates exercises to add more variety and more standing exercises, interweaving our own variations and stretching sequences into classical Pilates exercises to share a regime that has kept us strong, long (flexible) and lean for many, many MANY years! To get the most out of this plan, we highly recommend the long stretch band, small ball, stability ball, and foam roller! But, if you don’t have the extra props, no worries! Just swap out another workout instead!
