Don't let the level 2 label fool you! This workout might be Level 2 in terms of difficulty, but it's more like a 4 or 5 on INTENSITY. Great for anyone who needs pelvic floor strengthening and awareness exercises or anyone who just wants to give the inner thighs some extra attention, this workout delivers in just under 3o minutes. BY THE WAY, after we filmed this, our inner thighs were sore for DAYS!!!!! At the same time, however, the cueing of the muscles of the pelvic floor is emphasized throughout the workout as we move in all planes of motion, including standing, making this a great workout for building and augmenting core strength as well.
