Because golf demands strength, flexibility, stability and power through a wide range of rotation, this workout tackles the key components that will save your lower back and improve your golf swing simultaneously. The stability ball is utilized to create effective, closed chain exercises that involve many muscle groups with each exercise and in varying planes of motion. Repetitions are kept fairly low to keep the workout in an intermediate range, but feel free to add reps on your own to kick up the intensity and difficulty a bit.
