In a departure from a traditional Mat Pilates workout, we've taken some Reformer moves, adapted them to the mat, and sequenced them together in such a way to keep the heart rate up throughout the workout. We start with an elbow plank to get the heart rate up immediately, and then it never goes down! This allows you to burn extra calories while experiencing the muscle toning, leg stretching benefits that you would glean from the Reformer. 38 minutes!
